Very friendly staff and a clean, modern facility. Dining was excellent and suite was very spacious.

Holds itself out as a spa and wellness center. However, “Spa” does not mean the same in Italy as the U.S. the pool didn’t open until 4pm, at which time there was a local youth swim team practice so guests could not enjoy the pool until after they finished (6:30pm). Also there are no steam/sauna facilities that are available to guests without additional charges - if they have them at all (was not clear as staff did not speak English in Wellness area and my Italian is very poor.
