"cold but relaxing"

The staff went out of their way to halp us. We were upgraded from a studio apt to a one bedroom apt. The building could use a coat of paint but other than that it was very clean. The pool area was beautiful but unfortunately too cold to swim. This was the worst winter they had in 40 years so it was colder than usual with only 3-4 warm sunny days out of 30.

They were renovating the rooms while we were there. I believe our apartment was renovated but didn't get painted yet.
