Atmosfera idilliaca

Das Frühstück war absolut top, alles Bio Produkte aus der Region. Das Castello steht auf einem kleinen Hügel, umgeben von Weinbergen und Wäldern.

The hotel is an actual medieval castle, this is stunning. It is surrounded by vast forests and vineyards, so the views around are amazing. We also did a wine tasting at the castle and really liked the experience.

We’ve booked a deluxe room hoping for some antiques or histories feel in the decor of the room based on the photos provided. Although the room was stylish and really pleasant, it did not have any of that, just a modern decor throughout. Hiking trail around the castle through the vineyards is also not clearly marked.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut in wunderschönen Räumen. Aber es war sehr ungemütlich, wei überall die Fenster offen stantden. Es war Ende September und am morgen jeweils kalt. wir wären gerne länger beim Frühstück sitzen geblieben. wir machten ein Fenster zu und schwupp, haben es die nächsten Gäste wieder geöffnet.

We are a family of 5 adults and chose to stay in one of the 3 bdrm villas set apart from the castle. Villa Massillone. We were very comfortable and had amazing views all around. The evening we arrived, a wedding was occurring and there was music from the reception which we enjoyed very much. If you want peace and quiet, you will enjoy this stay. But there are so many different activities going on if you want something to do. The breakfast spread was amazing! And it was nice to have king size beds to sleep on in Italy. Seems that’s a rarity.

I thought the seating in living room of Villa Massellone was a bit odd. Two white chairs that didn’t fit with the decor. But you really never sit inside because the view outside was spectacular!

O hotel é maravilhoso, realmente fica em um local espetacular, digno de cinema. O café da manhã é delicioso e a comida da Osteria do hotel também é incrível. Fomos hóspedes para ir em um casamento no castelo e foi realmente uma experiência inesquecível!

Faltou um espaço de academia ou atividades físicas. Quando chegamos no horário do check-in, tivemos que esperar 40min, mesmo estando no horário, pois o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Mas de resto tudo maravilhoso!
