The restaurant was fantastic, lovely food and service

We booked a double room in the hotel yet was put in an apartment outside the hotel that was basically terrible. We complained yet were told that we had paid for a double room so we had got a double room

Géographiquement proche de l'Etna. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Restaurant de bonne qualité, même si des poissons à la carte auraient été un plus. Petit déjeuner correct mais pas varié.

Les travaux dans l'hôtel durant le séjour. La propreté de la chambre à l'arrivée, ainsi que la vétusté (Ils ont un bon photographe pour booking). Extrêmement mal insonorisé que ce soit les murs ou les fenêtres. Les chiens ou les fêtes la nuit, sans parler des bruyants voisins de chambres. Piscine en dégradation. Port du bonnet de bain obligatoire !!!

We stayed here for nearly a week and were very disappointed. The hotel looks new and some of the staff were nice but the service and comfort were far below expectations: • Basic amenities were missing: there was no hairdryer or iron in the room. After repeated requests, it took three days to finally receive a hairdryer. As for the iron, we were told it was not possible to provide one and instead they offered to iron our clothes. At no point did they inform us this would come with a charge, and in the end they added €15 to our bill without any prior notice. • At night the hotel organizes outdoor parties and events that go on until late. When we complained at reception about the noise, the only answer we got was that they “had permission,” which does not help guests trying to rest. • One night we returned around 12:30 am and found the outside gate locked. No one answered the bell or the phone despite repeated attempts. After 30 minutes, and with a small child in the car, we were forced to honk the horn until finally someone came to open. Completely unacceptable. • On the first day, the beef we ordered in the restaurant was poor quality and full of fat. The waitress dismissed our comment without an apology or any gesture, so we never ate there again. • Rooms are modern but impractical: minimal hanging space for clothes, poorly thought-out design, and missing essentials that guests should not have to chase at reception. Overall, we were disappointing with our stay

Chambre bien aménagée, même si on n’en a pas loué une grande, elle est fonctionnelle. Vue sur les montagnes et la piscine. Personnel adorable et attentif. Particulièrement Germana qui nous a reçu à l’accueil. Le restaurant est très agréable, la dame qui nous a servi le soir était un très bon conseil. Nous avons bien mangé- la cuisine est tipique et de qualité. Nous avions ns fait une belle visite de Etna sur le conseil de l’hôtel.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk

Het bed was erg zacht en leek doorgelegen. Last van mijn rug mee gekregen. Verder leek de verbouwing nog niet afgerond waardoor bepaalde zaken negatief opvielen.

Von Außen inklusive Pool schaut es super aus.

Italienisches Frühstück, zu wenig Parkplätze, Zimmer sehr klein und alt, Bett sehr hart.
