+: Staff is very kind and helpful, the room was a little small, but very comfortable. The view on the lake is perfect, definitely revommended to have such room. -: The shower doesn't have a door, so the water was leaking out even under the paravan, soaking the whole bathroom. It would be nice having a small fridge in the room.

We stopped here while travelling between Ålesund and Kalvag. The accommodation was very good but the experience was let down by the food. Buffet style dinner which was bland and poor quality. We arrived at breakfast after the tour buses had gone. There was not much food left. There is a great cafe 200m along the road which sells homemade food at reasonable (for Norway) prices. Open 11am - 8pm, closed Mon & Tues. We didn’t know this at the time of booking.

A last minute pitstop as we were on our way to Geiranger. A great last minute choice! Only about 45 min to the ferry too!

Room looks very old and need newmodeling. Smelly room condition from carpet and bedding

There is no fridge in the room. Bathroom sink is extremely small. There was a strong unpleasant smell that appeared to be from a disinfectant. Service was not very polite and breakfast was basic for Norwegian standards

We were given a room which had smell of dampness, but was immediately changed when I reported it at reception. Receptionist was very helpful. Our room was a standard room which did not have views of the lake, but views of the mountain and motorway were also good. However, being on the motorway there was a content noise of passing by traffic, but that slowed down considerably at night. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel has a beautiful ocean view in the backyard. The room is very clean and comfortable.The breakfast is very good.

We stayed in the family apartment which was off-site. It was spacious, clean, modern decor, huge bathroom, washing machine/dryer, full kitchen. TV was smart TV with integration for Netflix etc. Night person was kind and helpful. Day time person was a little short. Buffet was basic but included.
