International Resort

We had a very bad experience of the hotel. I made a reservation with booking.com for a room with four beds, three single beds and one double bed, and with a balcony. When we arrived, we were given a small room with two beds, one single and one double, and no balcony. I went to the reception and explained that this wasn’t quite what I hade booked. They showed no understanding for the situation and blamed the problem on booking.com. I wanted to get my money back and go to another hotel, this was not possible. But they gave us another room, still with only two beds, but at least there was a balcony. Later I even showed the reception how the rooms are presented on booking.com during those days, a room with four beds and balcony for a higher price, and a room with two beds and a balcony for a lower price. The first one I paid for and the second was what I got. The worst part was not the economical lost, but the poor attitude at the reception. I am not saying that the costumer is always right, but when the costumer feels disappointed or even fooled, you should do what you can to fix the situation. Apologize for the situation, do what you can to address the problem, compensate for the inconvenience and apologize again. The only thing we got was no understanding, no action and bad excuses. Don´t let the name International fool you, there is no information in other languages at the hotel and the language skills in the reception are very poor. If you book a room, please notice that the use of the pool is not included, in the summertime you pay a high fee for each person and each day you use the pool. The hotel is very rundown, in desperate need for renovation. But with the right attitude and attention you can still make it work. But if you let trash and garbage lay around for days in the pool area and on the hotel grounds, it just shows total ignorance and lack of care.

Resepsjonen hilser aldri på deg, virker som dem bare bryr seg om seg selv. Når vi ankom skulle dem ha oss til å betale hele oppholdet når vi allerede hadde betalt det på forhånd. I tillegg til dette må man betale for solseng på hotell ved bassengområde, noe jeg aldri har opplevd før og det kostet 12 euro per person per dag, noe som ikke er billig om man er der en lenger periode. Vi hadde også bestilt dobbeltseng, men fikk to enkelt senger som sto inntil hverandre, og de sklidde fra hverandre hele tiden. Badet er forferdelig, og vi hadde en gigantisk gresshoppe på badet som har krypet gjennom rørene. Maur var det også på rommet. Flekker på håndklærne og kjedelig utvalg på frokost. Eneste fine med hotellet var restauranten hvor alle de som jobber var hyggelig og god mat, men de i resepsjonen tar deg ikke godt i mot. Dette er langt i fra et 3 stjerners hotell.

Hotel en mauvais état. La grande réception tape à l’œil cache le coté délabré des chambres. Accueil très froid et sans effort Pour accéder à la piscine il faut payer 15€ par jour et par personne et avoir un bonnet de bain ! Seul intérêt : la plage est juste à coté

The swimming pool was nice. The breakfast ok. The sea was nice. The people were very helpful.

Needs a bit of a do-over - clearly seen better days.

This is meant to be a 3 stars hotel.. Staff is fairly rude and it looks like they couldn't care less about you, except perhaps the pool lifeguard. Pool itself is said to be free but they will charge you 12 euros per day. Rooms are small and poorly furnished. A/C was not working and I spent a night roasting whilst mosquitoes were having a decent dinner. I checked out the day after and I will never ever return.
