"After a very long day of traveling, we were happy to arrive at this quaint hillside village."

The hotel is a little over one hour drive from Fiumicino Airport in Rome. If you are traveling north and do not want to stay in Rome, this is a lovely spot filled with locals and ruins dating back to the Etruscans. The best cappuccinos we had in Italy were in the little square by the fountain. There is parking close to the hotel, but you may need to wait for a space.

The dinner was reasonably good and the breakfast was excellent. The bathroom is small and the shower was standing room only. Parking can be problematic if the parking lot is full. You will need to wait or drive around to find another spot.

location in town, private, en suite room in a small and personal bnb

no AC made it a little warm (we were there in August though so we knew it would be) however there was a fan too help with the heat.
