Freundliches Personal, tolle Lage zur Altstadt mit guten Busverbindungen, gutes Frühstück!

Fitnesscenter war leider gesperrt, das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt, an Stellen die nicht alltäglich sind war ziemlich viel Staub, die Klimaanlage führt ein Eigenleben 😅

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer sind ruhig. Das Einchecken dauerte nur kurz. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat Späßchen gemacht. Cool war auch das Guest Mobility Ticket.

The staff was very kind and friendly.. The maids did a great job, making the beds and tidying up when we weren't there. The timely manner of requests, like the soap and an extra pillow and a fan we're done expediently.

It was frustrating because we were assigned one room and we liked it, we unpacked, and all that, and later to find out by the time we're in bed that the a c was not working.. very frustrating. So it was quite warm in the room, and sleep was crap. The next day I told the front desk, and they said that this is not the first time they've heard of stuff like this, which sucks. Because they should fix all this. But for myself, they moved us to a different floor a different room, and unfortunately, that AC worked, maybe 10%. So we opted to just open up the window a little bit, which shuts off the a.C completely, but it was better than the a c unit.. You know, it rained three of the four nights who were there the weather was pretty cool outside. But inside it was hot, so I don't know how someone is gonna survive when the weather outside is hot as well. no window will help. There's 5 things I ask for in a hotel. Good water pressure in the shower, cleanliness and the a c working and not shitty towels and not shitty cheap toilet paper. These guys are great in everything, except they are conditioning, which was a problem.
