great location, friendly staff, highly recommended!

The location is very strategic, eventhough, it was a bit noisy sometimes as it's very close (walking distance) to the main train station in Salzburg.

The staff was a bit tense, especially during the day. Even though I did not experience it myself, however, I heard one of them was raising his voice (almost like screaming) to one of the guests who just checked in. I think everybody around the reception area could hear that.

Very good staff.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Austria. The service staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our visit. A special mention to the check-in staff, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was arranged smoothly for us. The arrangements made for our stay were excellent and showed great attention to detail, making us feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Thank you to the team for the wonderful hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.
