Hotel Villa del Carmen

Excelente ubicación en un barrio tranquilo, cerca al centro histórico, picanterías y grandes áreas verdes. Buen servicio de WiFi. Habitación amplia, cómoda, bien ventilada y con un gran baño bien equipado. Excelente desayuno buffet incluido. Pequeño pero buen estacionamiento en patio/jardín posterior con capacidad para vehículos altos.

Los canales de TV. Mala recepción de señal abierta.

Ubicado cerca al centro, pero en una zona tranquila con areas verdes al frente del hotel

The hotel looks nice. The room of my children inside the hotel was better than what we had.

Our room was one of the room by the garden and near to the parking that's why it's noisy, you heard people talking late at night or very early morning and we heard the gate open and close everytime. The carpet in our room is old and has a lot of stains, odd odor in the room. The water becomes so hot or very cold suddenly. When we first arrived it took us so long to get in the gate and there was no one. Finally we saw an employee who saw us too but didn't went to the gate. The driver of the bus helped us and luckily managed to open the gate. The staff are not so welcoming especially the guy that almost don't say any word, can't even address you. Like when you say hello, thank you and goodbye, no reply. One time he wants to say something from far that's the time i heard hello hello, but because he wants your attention.
