La habitación era espaciosa y coqueta. Todo muy limpio y cuidado, Desayuno bueno en el hotel Berlín que está en la siguiente puerta. Lo más excepcional, los botones, que están pendientes de todo, ayudándote.

El hecho que este céntrico, conlleva algo de ruido.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere le principali mete turistiche di Cracovia nonché a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale. Atmosfera retrò della struttura e ampiezza della stanza. Cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Buon caffè espresso a colazione.

Il rumore proveniente dalla strada su cui affacciava la stanza, dove passano linee di bus e tram. Abbiamo trovato abbastanza scomodo la reception in un differente hotel (hotel Polonia) seppur vicinissimo, dove anche si deve andare per la colazione. Quest’ultima viene offerta in uno spazio ristretto rispetto al numero degli ospiti ( abbiamo trovato la sala sempre piena) e c’è solo una macchina per le bevande calde per cui si crea frequentemente la fila. Riguardo la camera i materassi del letto erano evidentemente da cambiare poiché infossati. Nel bagno erano presenti solo due flaconi : uno il sapone per le mani e l’altro shampo/balsamo/ docciaschiuma..

How come you are offering accommodation here, when you need to go out to the street walk around 80-100 mts then climb stairs because there is no lift? I am 68 years old, the guy at the reception knew it because he asked my passport, still, he sent us to the last floor with the luggage, really? This is unreal, we are in the XXI (21 st) century, can you imagine that in order to have breakfast I have to go out to the street and walk to the reception? What about winter? This is insane, so we decided to leave… The guy at the reception was nice but the lady, she was talking polish all the time, maybe pretending that she doesn’t speak English until I was pretty upset, all of the sudden, she speaks so well that right away she gave me a business card where I can contact the property or who knows who, to ask for a partial refund because my reservation was not refundable, she didn’t even try anything to help… 😳 Why do you have such a property available on your website? Who gives 4 stars to this kind of place? This was a scam, terrible! 😞
