When I asked the maid to clean certain things it seemed like she didnt want 2 or barely understood. Did not clean whole room thoroughly

AC worked, huge space and was able to come earlier

Called property 3-4 hours earlier stating if I can check in early she said yes. I arrived around 11am. I prepaid on booking. I get to the front desk she says it will be $11 per hour so 3 hours before check in. I said I could have stayed where I was and waited and she didn’t tell me this on the phone. I asked for ground level room she gives me unit 221 all the way in the back on second floor. Horrible
