El hotel está ubicado en un sitio muy bonito, tranquilo, instalaciones exteriores (piscina, terraza, jardines,...) muy bonitas y en entorno rural.

Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, le falta limpieza en las habitaciones, detalles de mantenimiento de muebles, puertas, etc... y las camas deberían ser mas cómodas.

El hotel me sorprendió gratamente desde el inicio. La arquitectura de casa de indiano le da un aire especial, con personalidad propia y un encanto difícil de encontrar. El desayuno estuvo a la altura: variado, bien presentado y con productos de calidad que invitan a empezar el día con calma. Y lo que más agradecí: la hospitalidad hacia las mascotas. Es un verdadero alivio encontrar un lugar donde uno pueda disfrutar de la estancia acompañado de su perro, sintiéndose bienvenido en todo momento.

Aunque la estancia fue agradable, hay aspectos que deberían revisarse. Las toallas, albornoces y algunos elementos de decoración se notaban desgastados (como diría mi tata, “percoio”) y daban una sensación de descuido. Los sanitarios también se veían viejos y en mal estado, lo que resta confort. En conjunto, el hotel necesita una pequeña inversión en mantenimiento y renovación para estar a la altura del encanto que transmite en otros aspectos.

Très bel hôtel au calme à 15 min de Tarragone ! Cadre superbe, personnel au restaurant et au petit déjeuner à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Restaurant de bonne qualité !

Le responsable (ou patron) qui devrait apprendre à saluer ses clients et les règles de politesse 😉 Le padel a toute heure (matin et soir notamment) où la discrétion n’est pas de mise..
