GBThe farm is beautiful, tucked into the Lazio National Park with panoramic views. The dorm I stayed in was very comfortable- the hosts and other guests were the loveliest, welcoming people.

USWe were at the Organic Yoga Farm for a short 4-night stay. This is a beautiful Italian countryside relatively undiscovered. We loved morning Yoga classes on the outdoor platform in the forest under the rising sun with the kind and graceful yoga teacher Ana. Nourishing vegetarian and abundant organic meals prepared by volunteers with homemade olive oil and wine family-style served were delicious! The highlights for us were an amazing trail hiking trip in the Abruzzi NationalPark along a gorge to the waterfalls, a silent meditation hike to the local village, and a dip in a cold lake (Riserva Naturale Lago di Posta Fibreno), hiking Marra Hill Loop Trail in the forest on the Farm, one-hour sound bath session and horseback riding along a river. On our last evening, we participated in a fire ceremony event held to support transformation and healing. The idea is to come into awareness, honor the challenges (gifts) we have received, and release belief structures that no longer serve us for the fire to consume and transform. It was compelling and quite liberating. We loved the Mediterranean forest and enjoyed hanging out with the volunteers and lovely, like-minded people from all over the globe. My room was lovely but a curtain over the door window would be lovely as there is street lighting at night ...
