Hôtel Casino 2000 - Adult Guests Only

This hotel was very well priced for the quality ! Very clean and staff were extremely helpful . We upgraded to a room with terrace and found the price to be a lot less than we thought it would be. Room service was great and the buffet in hotel had a good range of food. A little outside of the main town but worth the short drive. Would recommend .

We had 2 rooms for 4 adults, and found the Guest rooms and private baths very clean and comfortable. We had a great dinner in the main restaurant, some luck in the casino, and a very nice breakfast in their private room for Guests. Staff throughout was very friendly and helpful.

Room was comfortable, and the bed as well. Decor of bathroom was a bit outdated. Reception should ask guests upon check-in if they want the free Wifi, we entered room and called for code, but were told to pick up a voucher at reception, which was a bit of a schlepp....

We stayed the night due to a visit to the casino. The building was being refurbished but it wasn't too offending. Room size is fine, bathroom is outdated, but the room was very clean. It would be nice if upon check in the staff tells you about needing a voucher for the Wifi, instead of me finding out in the room. I did not feel like walking all the way back to reception. Overall decor of hotel is outdated, but as I said, the room was comfortable (good bed) and clean.

Every action performed by the Casino 2000 Hotel personnel was outstanding! The front desk staff was informative as to time and distance (with route alternatives) from the Luxembourg City airport. The hotel room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable! The Continental Breakfast had a full array of breads and even eggs, sausage and bacon to be enjoyed in a superbly appointed dining room. Enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Our room was lovely and spacious except for the casino which was very disappointing. Even though had one area for smoking another non smoking, people were smoking everywhere and as we are not smokers was unbearable. Very disappointing.

It was a casino and that is what they specilized in. Room was nice, not great. Price was right. We had our own wheels so can't speak to travel ease. Food was expensive and not very good, especially since eveyone smokes.
