Villa Giovanna

Are you kidding me. How booking.com, a reputable firm, can maintain this accommodation in its portfolio. The room had no AC, the room smelled of urine, the pool was filthy and Laura at Villa Giovanna affirmed that and said we would not be billed. We could not stay because of the unsafe conditions. Then they had the gall to tell booking.com we were a no show, then said we stayed one day. This is a felonious representation punishable by possible jail time. Then again feloniously have billed us, which we have never been credited. We have documented this with booking.com. Our attorney has recommended we file a triple damage law suit inclusive of all costs and legal fees against Villa Giovanna and include Booking.com as a co- dependent. We have sought reimbursement on multiple occasions to no avail. He advised if we do not receive immediate restitution by 6/21, he will initiate legal proceedings. Respectfully, Joseph Lucherini

Room was great. Staff were great. Breakfast was great.

It claims to be 1km from the centre, when in fact it is more like 4km - although if you think to ask, they will collect you from the station. Clearly not possible to stroll into town.

Wonderful small boutique hotel with stunning sunset views and the most friendly, warm and welcoming staff. We really liked the shuttle service into town. It’s super convenient.

It was a perfect place for us to recover from a long flight. Being away from the center, lacking of traffic noise and surrounded by greenery made the place very tranquil. The center was only a short car ride away, which, the villa provided a free shuttle service. We had a car so it was very convenient to have a nice shady parking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a very spacious room with a balcony that offered distance sea view which was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again if the chance presents itself.

מלון בוטיק שמנוהל על ידי משפחה ופשוט מלון מהמם עם נופים יפהיפים .מנהלת המקום שיושבת בקבלה עשתה הכל בכדי להעניק למשפחתי חוויה מושלמת . בנוסף מאוד חשוב שיש שאטלים בחינם כל הזמן מהמלון לעיר ובחזרה שזה מאוד עוזר מבחינה למצוא חניה במרכז סורנטו .

Потрясающий персонал, забота и клиентоориентированность - благодарю Лауру, все вопросы решались мгновенно. Очень красивое место, видно, что люди, работающие там любят то, чем занимаются. Завтраки прекрасны - женщина от души накормила - ей было приятно позаботиться о нас. Бесплатный трансфер в центр города - так же про заботу о гостях. Однозначно рекомендую.

En skön och vilsam oas borta från folkvimlet. Mycket trevlig personal och god frukost. Bra med gratis shuttle ner till staden.
