"Geografisch gut gelegenes Hotel mit ziemlich eigenwilligem Service."

Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch für die Stadtbesichtigung und für Ausflüge. Parkgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Frühstück: Auswahl und Personal vorbildlich.

Schon von außen macht das Hotel einen ungepflegten Eindruck (überall Unkraut). Der tadellosen Dusche fehlt ein kräftiger Handgriff. Weder bei der Bestellung noch beim Check-In wurden wir in formiert, dass es kein tägliches Zimmerservice gibt. Das Reinigungspersonal kommt, wann es will. Wenn der Kunde am Nachmittag ruhen will, gibt es eben kein Service. WC-Papier muss der Kunde dann persönlich von der Rezeption abholen und eigenhändig durch das Hotel tragen. An der Bar ist am Nachmittag nichts erhältlich.

Beim Hotel so wie im Restaurant wahr das Personal sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Sauna war sauber und angenehm.

Im Hotelzimmer selbst gab es mehrere defekte oder eingeschränkt funktionierende Sachen ( Fernbedienung fiel auseinander, das Fernsehbild war sehr verpixelt). Beim betreten haben wir direkt einen fremden Ohring gefunden und es war staubig. Dieses kann natürlich eine ausnahme sein, sonnst war alles akkurat.
