"Excellent stay"

Great location, friendly staff. Very comfy bed - and that I was able to view the cathedral at sunrise from my window.

Choice of teabags in the room is a bit limited. It could be improved by including herbal tea.

L'eau de la douche qui malheureusement passe sous la porte de douche

"Ich muss leider genau überlegen ob ich 4 Sterne Hotels bei Best Western noch einmal buch, eher nicht"

Lage sehr zentral, Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich

Die Zugangsregelung ist eine Katastrophe, Personal im Frühstücksraum unfreundlich, Kein Schrank oder Ablagemöglichket für Koffer und dessen Inhalt im Zimmer, der einzigste Schrank ist zur Hälfte mit der leeren Minibar belegt, das selbe gilt für das Badezimmer Man muss die Waschtaschen auf den Boden stellen :-(
