"Clean and comfortable but had hot water issues"

The bed was comfortable and room clean

The hot water wasnโ€™t working properly. Had to have a shower with hardly no hot water.

Everything was perfect

Beds could have been bit more firmer. Soft beds which we usually have seen in all south newzealnd motels actually not good for back and neck

Due to a flight cancellation we didn't arrive at motel until very late but all arrangements were made after a brief phone call that made our check in and check out very easy at 11pm and 4.30am respectively.
