es wurde zwar der kostenlose WLAN - Zugang propagiert, ein Zugang zum Internet mit dem Smartphone war aber nicht möglich. Beim Klick auf "verbinden" wurde man auf die Google-Webseite geleitet. Eine Option mit Internet-Zugang gab es aber dort nicht. Die Internet-Nutzung ist in anderen Hotels einfacher.
Ottimo albergo, in zona veramente comoda a tutto. Buona la pulizia, wellness/spa molto carina con personale cordialissimo. Ottimo servizio per chi come me ha soggiornato con cane al seguito.

I had a nice, clean room. Unfortunately without extras like tissues, tea or coffee etc It is almost impossible to watch TV because the TV is in a very stupid position.
L'hotel è molto carino, posizione ottima..le camere non sono particolarmente moderne, ma comunque funzionali e pulite. Unica nota negativa:nella spa l'acqua in piscina è troppo fredda.
Great location, the best little lagoon on very north part of lake Garda. Five stars for the location. Service: breakfast and restaurant - are great, food is very good. Come over for their dinner, its probably the best quality vs price place in Riva del Garda. People at the hotel register desk didn't win annual prize in hospitality: rarely smile, somehow look confused. The gentlemen who works at the desk is a good source of information if you looking for local business, self laundry, special electronics etc. He is local and was very helpful on many occasions. Wellness center is not so good, if you are looking for decent SPA experience instead of standard: sauna, Turkish bath with cold fragranced showers. Standard SPA package is included with the stay, but if you don't stay in the hotel, there is no point to come and pay money, they don't have even soap in the SPA shower. There are much better places on Garda. All over: its a good place for your first lake Garda visit, good breakfast. It is a good place for dinner even if you stay somewhere else. Another good point: the public who stay in this hotel. They are nice folks, mostly retired, very pleasant German ladies and gentlemens. They are very lovely people.
