"Fab short stay in beautiful Poitiers was aided by having a nice hotel with great service from check in to check out."

Great location, very quiet as located off street in a wee lane with gates for access late at night. Room was nice and very clean with a huge, comfy bed, nice bedlinen too. Fridge and safe, good shower. All the hotel staff we met were welcoming and warm. Lots of nice places to eat all around the hotel, bars too. Excellent breakfast and the lovely older lady, who dressed beautifully was just the best- she was so attentive making sure we had everything we wanted. She remembered special requests too.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Die Lage des Hotels, die Möglichkeit zu parken ist super. Das Personal, insbesondere beim Frühstück, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein Haus, dass wir empfehlen können, weil auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut ist, wie auch das Frühstück!

Emplacement idéal, nous avons été bien accueillies à l'arrivée mais par une stagiaire au départ et avons attendu une supérieure durant une quinzaine de minutes pour notre check-out

Nous nous attendions peut-être à une prestation de meilleure qualité dans les détails comme dans le confort , étant donné le standing de l'hôtel et ses étoiles. Couette très bien mais oreillers et matelas difficiles pour notre dos pourtant sans problème. Papier toilette de qualité médiocre.
