Bathroom didn’t have hot water

Location, beds, spaciousness of the 1-bedroom suite

Tea & coffee bags were not replenished, check-in staff were not familiar with suite configurations & gave us the wrong info.

The staff were extremely friendly. ammar was very attentive to guests. will return again! views were spectacular, and really felt rested.

toilet could be cleaner, and the second room placement of furniture was a bit odd, but still very much livable.

酒店整体感觉卫生不干净。电梯内没有摄像头客房走廊，主干道有，但是拐弯到我那个房间了没有设施比较陈旧，感觉没有维护。晚上睡觉，洗手间的屋顶上有老鼠声音。酒店交通非常不便利。退房准备离开的时，打车打了一个早上都打不到车，问酒店前台是否有班车，前台告知当日班车已经订满了。前台说可以帮忙叫出租车。我说到市区多少钱？她说250。到附近的镇上呢？现在同样回答也是250马币。距离不一样，但是价格就是要250马币。给我的感觉就是敲诈你没商量。 为了能够快点离开这个鬼地方，所以给250马币。不会再来这里了。

酒店整体环境比较陈旧，没有维护。卫生也比较差。在客房的窗户往下看就能看到酒店的垃圾堆在那里，从入住的前一天到第2天那那一堆垃圾都在那里，感觉很不好。电梯里面感觉。五六年没有人住过。墙壁上也是脏的，过道的墙壁也是。 最不满意的地方就是交通以及好。服务人员给予的处理方式。太暴力。明着抢的感觉。
