Hotel Saylu

Hotel was great as a stop over to Granda and loved being close to public transport to visit the city.

Hotel buono per visitare la città...fuori dal centro con parcheggio se si ha un'auto è un'ottima scelta per visitare la città senza svenarsi con hotel del centro certamente più costosi

Good location, free parking, bathroom was not cleaned properly and a.c. didn't cooled

The room was old with a broken hair dryer and uncomfortable bed, but the price and location were good.

We stayed at this hotel during the busy week of Easter in Granada. The hotel was a bit worn down and dated. It's also further out from the city, but there was a bus stop very nearby that takes you into the city center quite easily. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a breakfast buffet which was basic, but convenient if you didn't want to go seek out food. Overall the hotel suited our needs and worked for us for our trip so we don't have any major complaints. If we were to return to Granada in the future, we would likely look for another hotel though as this one more dated than we like.

Air conditioner didn't work. It was just a fan blowing around hot air. Informed the front desk and they switched our rooms for us. Second room was not much better. Air conditioner barely worked. It made it almost impossible to get a decent night's sleep. There was a hole in the ceiling and water was dripping onto the floor. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, you can catch a bus from just around the corner, but service stops at 22.30 which is a pity. The hotel although on quite a busy road, was very quiet, staff very helpful.

Amazing price, good location but dirty hotel. If you're looking to save money this is the place to go. It's very easy to find as its right of the exit on a busy street. You just follow the sign to the side street. I likes that parking was free and that it wasn't on one of those narrow steep roads that are scary to drive on. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. There were stains everywhere you looked. There were stains on the bedsheets, sofa chair, window curtains, walls and mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The air conditioner is tricky to adjust so we asked maintenance to do it for us. Mall is a 2 minute walk across the street which was great.

At the end of a Bus route and just off the main highway this is an ideal Hotel if driving to visit Granada. Has a private car park and although not far from main road, due it being high up, noise is not a problem. Very helpful receptionist guided us through the process of visiting the Alhambra when all tickets on line were sold out. The only reservation was that the chap in charge of breakfast would not turn on his frying pan to do some bacon etc despite offer to pay. However being only a 3 star I cannot really allow this to effect score although had there been a 'good' rating I would prob have given this. But it was nearer to V. good than average IMO, hence overall score.

Good choice, not spacious room but comfortable, clean and new. Free parking is situated near by the hotel. Refrigerator is in the room. Recommenned. This hotel doesn't have a breakfast. But it's not a problem. There are a lot of cafes near by the hotel.
