Room was clean. Air conditioning good.

Area was rough. Number of brothels by Brussels Nord station and what appeared to be street dealers. Perhaps not an area to stay in if a woman travelling on your own.

Super friendly staff, decent facilities, good view from our room.

- No warm water (for the first 12 hours) -> then a technician came and fixed it - Location is kind of sketchy (but not as bad as reviews say) - OUtdated and old infrastructure (bathroom, walls, A/C only in one room, etc.) - Hygiene and cleanliness (Towels and bedsheets werent the cleanest)

The place was so spacious and great air conditioned despite the hot weather, very clean and lovely bedrooms and great kitchen facilities to use for our stay, would definitely recommend
