El personal muy atento y amable

Si vas al apartamento desde la estación del norte no es una zona muy segura. Es mejor ir en el tranvía que te deja al lado del apartamento

"Budget Apartment"

Price was the main pro over the other properties closer to the centre.

The interior is outdated, some of the units in the kitchen/bathroom were worn/damaged, the window in the bathroom was broken. No AC meaning it got really stuffy.
