Administratief klopt alles niet helemaal, ze doen wel hun uiterste best om het nadien te regelen. Het ontbijt en het eten in het restaurant zijn goed en lekker.

Het ontbijt 's morgens viel tegen, ze hebben eigenlijk veel te weinig plaats om iedereen ontbijt te serveren. Ik had een tafel gereserveerd om te ontbijten om 8 uur. Die tafel was ingenomen door anderen, ze werd niet voorbehouden, het stond wel aangegeven in hun logboek, maar niemand had dit in het oog gehouden. Dus moesten ze alles omgooien om ons toch een plek te geven. Dat zou wel beter mogen wanneer men reserveert.

Das Personal an der Rezeption weiß nicht wie man mit dem Öffentlichen Nahverkehr ins Zentrum kommt. An der Rezeption weiß man nicht wo eine Bushaltestelle ist. Man weiß dort Leider gar nichts an der Rezeption.
