The hotel was really tricky to fond in our cat, better directions would help.

Location, quality of rooms, quality of service.

It declares to have parking included (appearing after filtering the hotels in Arezzo) instead the parking is a public parking close to the hotel and costs 20€/day. It should not appear as an hotel with parking or it should declare clearly that the parking is on top of the price and not just below the hotel.

Central location. Fresh fruit daily.

We didn’t realize we booked a dark room in the basement. Big mistake. Breakfast also served in basement, no windows or a/c, depressing, but attendant was nice.
