Posizione ottimale per raggiungere Napoli con i mezzi pubblici. Pur avendo un piccolo parcheggio è video sorvegliato.

Nella doccia c'è solo il soffione superiore e manca quello a telefono (indispensabile per chi vuole fare una doccia senza bagnarsi la testa e evitare di usare una cuffia per capelli).
