Location was very good, also the rooms were super clean, there was AC and the view from the room was amazing.

There was no communcal terrace as stated online. There was one terrace/balcony which was accessible via one private room but that was not the room we were assigned to. That fact was a bit of a shame as the alleged communcal terrace was one reason why we eventually decided to book this place and accepted the according price. I think the description of the amenities should really be corrected online as this is - if deliberately or not - a misleading information. It makes visitors accept higher prices for the rooms as they would usually do if they knew what is actually (not) provided. I think all in all the place was a bit pricey for what it actually had to offer...
