A localização do hotel é excelente. A piscina interior é adequada e a sua temperatura também. Muitos espaços de lazer e áreas diversificadas dentro do hotel para podermos estar.

O restaurante servia apenas em estilo buffet... com apenas algumas opções 3/4 de pratos diversos mas tudo do mesmo estilo o que limita um pouco a escolha tendo em conta algumas restrições alimentares e/ou gostos e preferências.

Every single member of staff we met was so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Francisco in the restaurant who gave us some wonderful travel tips for our road trip through Portugal. As we were there out of season, both breakfast and dinner was a buffet - we were delighted to be able to try so many delicious options. Great location next to the Thermal Spa

Being English, we would have loved a kettle in our room to make our early morning cup of tea - but the hotel did provide us with a thermos flask of hot water instead.

Gostei da recepção, o hotel tem uma óptima apresentação e funcionários simpáticos. A comida no restaurante também é bastante boa.

Não gostei do facto de se ouvir bem os "vizinhos" de cima a fazerem barulho, principalmente durante a noite, música alta, coisas a cair, bater coisas...
