Très bon emplacement. Non loin du centre ville, des musées, Jardin des Plantes, Château des Ducs de Bretagne...

Pas de climatisation, ventilateur trop petit et fonctionne mal, pas d'aération suffisante. En pleine canicule nous avons été placés dans une chambre plein sud au 3e étage... Pour 94€ la nuit, soit un meilleur placement soit une climatisation aurait été bien. De plus les meubles en contreplaqués commencent à vieillir puisque des parties du mobilier et décor se défont.
