Hotel was very clean and staff very proffessional. Location was in a vibrant location with a variety of eating, drinking and socialising opportunities just outside the door.

There was no shower curtain which restricted options to bath only although there was a shower fitted. Otherwise no complaints.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel du Grand Monarque. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the train station, the historic center, restaurants, shops, and major attractions. It made exploring Nantes incredibly easy. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with recommendations and any questions. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend Hotel du Grand Monarque to anyone visiting Nantes, whether for business or leisure.
