4 PLANTA SIN ASCENSOR¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ hABITACION MUY PEQUEÑA

Pokój czysty i zadbany. Dobra, cicha klimatyzacja, świeża nie sprana pościel..

Zarezerwowałam pokój dwuosobowy, aby mieć wiecej przestrzeni (2 noce)z widokiem na miasto a dostałam z widokiem na dachy z maleńkim oknem. Patio jest tylko dostępne w godzinach pracy menadżera. Brak informacji w ofercie że odbiór kluczy jest w innym miejscu oraz że dojście na piętra jest tylko schodami.

Konumu çok güzel, gezilebilecek yerlere direkt yürüme mesafesinde,oda gayet temiz ve konforluydu. Resepsiyondaki görevli de gayet güleryüzlüydü. Check in saati 15.00 da olmasına rağmen valizlerimi bırakmak için erken geldiğimde odanız hazırmış boşuna beklemeyin diyip odaya geçmeme izin verdiler.

The location is very central to the city and the main attraction of Mosque-Cathedral.

First of all we were sent an online link to automatic check in that did not work at the end. The message told us that the reception is in another hotel that belong to the same company and this we did not know when we booked the room. Both the message and the lady at the reception insisted that we booked two rooms! Yet we clarified twice that only one room with one double bed is booked! Then it took the lady to complete our checkin after about forty minutes waiting time. Then, we learned that the 'breakfast' to be served was at a cafe across the hostel. When we arrived the hostel (and I did not expect much anyway since it is a 'hostel' type of lodging yet I booked due to its high rating by the booking.com), we were met with a gentleman to open the door and I asked if there were elevators to the second floor. He was very rude and told me harshly that since that was a historic old building there were no elevators. So we climbed the stairs with our luggage to enter the tiniest of rooms and bathroom! No refrigerator in the room at that heat! No where to put the two small suitcases! There was even no toilet brush! It was that small! We had the main shock when we arrived at the cafe next morning to have breakfast which we were charged substantially. The waiters had no English and they showed us a menu which was not in English. There were 2 euro and 3 euro options with coffee and the math was wrong on the menu! The only thing that was included was a piece of toasted bread and all 3 euro options had pork or pork sausage in them so we could only order 2 euro version: one with kind of tomato squashed on the side! So we added some olive oil that was on the table and that was it! No cheese, no eggs, no fruit and no water was offered. I will be very sceptical about the ratings in booking.com from now on. This is cheating if it is not anything else. It would be best if the hotel could give us back the breakfast money after they deduce the 3 euros!

Las almohadas, la cama y sabanas, todo de categoría superior al coste de la habitación. Ubicación muy buena también.

A mi me fue indiferente pero tenedor en cuenta que no es accesible/no tiene ascensor.
