I liked everything. It is filled with Portuguese history. The place has a lot of soul and energy. Nuno is incredible. I am doing the Camino and he offered without knowing me to pick me up nearby. He made sure I was comfortable with the accommodations which I booked last minute. The following day he made sure I had a full breakfast and was prepared for the Camino! Make sure to ask him about the new accommodations project that he has close to the Quinta it is beautiful and open to stay if the Quinta is full!

Eveything was great

From the moment I arrived at the property, everything was magical. The rooms have retained the air, design and cleanliness of when they were first put into use. The furniture and fittings are impeccable throughout. The breakfast room even has a table at which the king himself once sat. However, none of this would have impressed me as much had it not been for the friendly company of Nuno, the owner, his daughter, and their English-speaking staff. By April, the weather was warm enough to swim in the pool. I read my book until the last rays of sunshine left the beautiful surroundings. It was one of the most relaxing evenings I've had of late.

Nothing! The only thing is, I wish my son and friends were with me to share this experience. That's why I'll definitely be back!

O acesso é muito fácil até ao centro, adorámos a receção, todos muito atenciosos e o Sr Nuno faz-nos sentir em casa. A paz, a história da casa e o pequeno-almoço excelente. Vamos voltar com certeza!!

This historic building and surrounding area are beautiful and enchanting. The place is full of history and period furnishings are appropriate to its charm. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. I only stayed here one night , not long enough to appreciate my surroundings and spend time listening to the stories offered by the owners. I will definitely be back .It is definitely ideal for a base for anyone exploring the area.

Nothing
