"Sprostitev in gretje v zelenem okolju"

Hotel je arhitektonsko zelo lepo zasnovan in prostoren: čuti se, da diha. Med drugim do sob ne vodijo ozki hodniki, temveč dolga avla z dovolj dnevne svetlobe. Prostorne so tudi sobe in postelje so široke. Zelenje naredi prostore še bolj prijazne. Hotel je zelo čist, prav tako tudi bazeni. Pri obrokih je bogata izbira hrane, tudi za najrazličnejše diete.

Kakor niso varčevali pri prostoru, pa so žal varčevali pri določenih napeljavah. Tako imajo samo enojni sistem regulacije temperature: bodisi le gretje bodisi le hlajenje. To se ne obnese spomladi in jeseni, ko je lahko zunaj enkrat vroče, drugič pa hladno. Tudi gretje vode v sobah ni dobro zasnovano, saj se pri tuširanju izmenjujeta vroča in hladna voda. Knajpanje je sicer v splošnem zdravo, a ne za vse in samo, če je prostovoljno! Tla v kabini za tuš drsijo - nevarno še zlasti za starejše! Sobe bi bile lahko bolj zvočno izolirane - navijanje glasbe pri sosedih se je kar dobro slišalo.
