Pretty much everything. Great hosts. Nice, clean, room. Easy location. The staff/owners couldn't be more helpful if they tried.

Soundproofing wasn't great - conversations can be heard between rooms. That was our only slight issue but we weren't there much for it to be too much of a problem.

It's even more beautiful in live, very special ambience when you enter warm welcome upon arrival, room is properly cleaned, very pretty interior, big closet Location is actually excellent, exactly between Castellane and Cours Julien/La Plaine, also not far to View Port etc. Bus 83 headed to Malmousque close by

Very thin walls, fortunately most guests were civilized enough to behave and be quiet at night, however the rooms/doors are right next to each other with less than a meter distance and I got woken up every time someone returning coming up the stairs and opening the door. I could hear voices, the shower running, even the message tone of a phone! Despite having one of the bigger rooms, I personally felt almost claustrophobic as it was too narrow everywhere and there wasn't really a area inside the room to chill and hangout. No kettle A personal dealbreaker was their policy of no luggage storage "for security reasons" after checkout which is diabolical and I don't recall it being mentioned anywhere beforehand The road leading up to the hotel is steep and it was absolutely frustrating having to drag the suitcase in and out

Beautiful oasis in the heart of a hot city. The pool was wonderful and really cooled us down. Clean, comfortable rooms. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good.

The hotel and location are wonderful however the staff made this a disappointing stay.

The staff. I speak French and tried to communicate with both the staff and the owner about being able to stay put in the hotel while we waited to travel to the airport as I was traveling with two young children and my elderly mother. Our understanding was that this was ok, but the owner yelled at my mother and the children and kicked them out on the street at noon in 37 degrees heat. Completely rude and unacceptable.
