Property wonderful, clean, safe, well maintained. Minor annoyances included -hotel requirement for caps in pool...they should provide [charge in room rate] or tell guests up front, -some staff in breakfast room need to be better trained.

"Definitely not value for money"

Spa facilities , although no sauna

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. No service offered to bring luggage to room. Pillows were uncomfortable, no mini bar, small room, breakfast was terrible, no fresh options as you would normally get in a 5 star hotel. Had to chase waiters to get the first coffee when sitting on table.

Beautiful property. Pools were large and never crowded. Good breakfast. Ate at the restaurant for dinner which was very nice,

"Lovely baths, lousy management."

The room was wonderful, large, and nice. The spa pools and hydrotherapy were lovely. Wonderful massage by Nikos. Only really efficient helpful employee Dimitris.

Very poorly managed. Unresponsive staff except for one or two people. A lot to be desired. Not at all on a five star level. Terrible WiFi. Poor service poolside. No one is there to help you. Really poorly run property.
