We need to change this to state: A physical credit card must be presented at check-in for pre-authorization for any extras or incidentals A deposit may be required at the property.

"Over all a beautiful 24 hours with my daughter for her birthday staff had put a plate with happy 10th birthday in chocol"

The pool was really lovely, our room was gorgeous bed was very comfortable! All the staff were so nice and friendly and my daughter even pointed it out to me she said “everyone’s so nice here” (we came for her birthday just the two of us)

Personally I didn’t like the cooked breakfast very much specifically the scrambled eggs the fruit selection and pastry selection was fab though apart from the watermelon it didn’t look very appetising look abit dry.

The hotel was extremely clean, with large rooms, helpful staff and an excellent buffet breakfast.

Nitpicking but a problem I’ve found in most hotels, not enough milk sachets in the rooms
