Die Lage war super. Der Besitzer und der Maler sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schimmel im Bad an der Decke. Schmutz am Boden, in der Duschtasche, auf der Bettwäsche, am Tisch, weiße Farbspritzer überall . Wirkte alles verlassen. 63€ wohl eindeutig zu viel.
