This was our second stay at this nice hotel. The hotel is meticulously maintained and clean, the staff very friendly, and the beds very comfortable in the spacious rooms with bathrooms that gives you a feeling of luxury. From the upper floors you will have a nice view over the southern Alps. The hotel offers free parking in their underground garage, which has direct elevator connection with the reception and the other floors. The basement offers a large, free spa, with sauna, Turkish sauna, fitness centre and relax room with a starry sky ceiling. We unfortunately missed the opening hours. It’s only open 16-20. But if you manage to hit this time slot, I’m sure the spa is a very nice experience. It does look very nice. The breakfast is very good; continental breakfast with a good selection of ham, cheeses, juices, cereals and fruits. There was also a fantastic, freshly made orange-carrot juice. As this is south Tyrol, you have the best of the Italian and more Germanic style breakfasts, including the German-type chewy, yummy bread. Italian coffee was made to order. Wi-Fi was OK, with acceptable download speed. However, upload speed (e.g. for uploading photos to Dropbox) could definitely be improved. The staff was very helpful in sorting out a challenge with our passports that had mistakenly not been returned from the previous hotel. Chances are good that we will be back at the hotel again next year, and will try to hit the spa opening hours.

Alles spitze, tolle Zinner, ein Chef der sich kümmert und äußerst kundenorientiert agiert, jederzeit zu empfehlen wenn mach in der Region Klausen sein möchte!

Wir haben im Goldenen Adler einen Zwischenstopp auf unserer Reise in die Toskana eingelegt. Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen und bietet allen Komfort um sich nach einer langen Reise zu erholen. Das Zimmer ist groß und durchdacht eingerichtet. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant konnten wir nicht testen, da wir am Ruhetag da waren. Nicht zuletzt sollte man den kleinen Wellnessbereich erwähnen.

Siamo tornati dopo 4 anni in qs hotel. Non sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Doveva esserci internet wifi ma nella mia camera non si riusciva a collegarsi. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio ristorante ma non ci siamo capiti col personale (noi parliamo italiano ed il ristorante si trova in italia)per cui abbiamo ordinato solo pietanze di cui pensavamo di aVer compreso composizione e cottura. Il personale e' comunque molto disponibile e cortese. L hotel molto bello confortevole e comodo con la citta'... ma deVo dire che di Solito in inverno trascorriamo le vacanze in Baviera...... e spendiamo molto meno e ci capiamo di piu'.

Wie jedes Jahr wieder für einen Wochenendbesuch in dem schönen Städtchen Klausen und das erste mal im Hotel Goldener Adler. das Hotel befindet sich in zentrumsnaher Lage so daß man diverse Weinstuben und Lokalitäten innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichen kann. Auch einige Wanderwege beginnen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel somit sind auch sportliche Aktivitäten ohne Ortswechsel möglich. Allem in allem ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, lediglich die Dame vom Frühstücksbuffet fällt vom Niveau des restlichen Personals ab. An beiden anwesenden Tagen wurde das Buffet nicht aufgefüllt und auch das hochstellen der Stühle sowie das wegräumen der Tische während andere Personen noch Frühstücken ist einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen.Ansonsten Top!

Kein Wlan im Zimmer funktioniert. Dealbreaker , das ist obligatorisch und stand so in der Beschreibung.

Siamo stati un anotte in questo hotel durante un viaggio sulle dolomiti in motocicletta. Il paese di Chiusa è davvero tipico ..molto tranquillo a pochi chilometri dalla città di Bressanone. L'hotel si trova in centro, offre garage coperto e chiuso durante la notte per le motociclette. Centro benessere con idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco ... veramante tranquillo e di livello..molto curato come tutto il resto ... merita la categoria (come non sempre avviene)
