Very good breakfast, provided gluten free toast for me. Dinner was excellent.

Quaint; comfortable; friendly; centrally located; extremely friendly staff.

the air conditioner could be a bit stronger.

Our family room was perfect… upstairs, downstairs doubles plus a single to accommodate us all. Towels, robes, nicely decorated and clean with great shower facilities. We were also lucky there was a fun fare in town for the children that evening.

The frontage was disappointing with dead shrubs in pots outside. We thought it had closed down.

Our stay was ruined by other guests who were drunk and behaving badly. The jacuzzi was situated near our room and they decided to use it at 2 am. We were asleep and were woken up by a group running up and down the stairs outside and screaming and laughing. We were then subjected to this for an hour. We tried to contact reception but no one was available. We eventually asked the group to quieten and were given abuse. They said it was their right to use it at any time. Door to jacuzzi location should be locked by the management so this cannot happen. Someone should have been available to assist with these drunken louts. It was intimidating. We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times but won’t stay again.
