Beautiful hotel, however staff need training in service and managing guests. The front desk called my room as a complaint was made about my children walking around by the guests below, at 10am. It is no one’s fault if floor boards creak and I think this is a reasonable time for people to walk around. I am not sure quite what the staff wanted us to do, other than be still. Disappointing service. Does not make this a ‘family-friendly’ hotel.

"Exceptional"

The character of the property in all respects was exceptional. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast was very good. A stay beyond expectations. The location was chosen for its proximity to the British Memorial, and could not have been better.

"Lugar precioso"

El sitio es precioso, muy cuidado y muy bien decorado. La comida muy buena.

Para ser un alojamiento de cuatro estrellas la habitación nos pareció bastante pequeña. Nos quedamos a cenar las dos noches y nos sorprendió que las copas de vino no las sirvieran desde la botella delante de nosotros.
