The room was wonderful. Franc at the reception desk and Gerard who helped at breakfast were welcoming and kind

The evening staff at the hotel restaurant were unfriendly and arrogant. Stayed two nights but ate their once and chose to eat somewhere else the second night. Would stay at the hotel again but not eat there

Very beautiful hotel, perfect spot for a romantic vacation in a historical environment. We were upgraded to a superior room which was extremely nice and lots of space, the bed was comfortable and also a comfy bathtub! We had a really good dinner in the restaurant, food was delicious!

I would have appreciated more cozy and softer lights, also candle lights and why not light a fire in the fireplace?!

We arrived after several days of busy travel to a restful paradise! The architecture immediately started relieving the stress of travel and the beautifully maintained grounds and peaceful atmosphere helped us regain a sense of peace in the busy hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get away from stress and just breath freely for a few nights. We felt completely safe the whole stay and were treated with great kindness and deference.

Beautiful property. The restaurant is superb. It’s very easy to take an UBER into Bayeaux where you can walk, eat, shop, and visit the beautiful cathedral.

Nous n’étions plus venus depuis 1995 et avons été charmé par les aménagements réalisés depuis lors.

Beautiful building and grounds

Decor could have been so much better if filled with antique furniture to match the building Restaurant was very disorganised and overwhelmed with very slow service; food was good when it came.
