Die Aussicht, wie immer schön.

Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer und im Bad. Auch nach der Bitte im Bad die Heizung anzumachen, passierte nichts. ..Keine wärmere Bettdecke, Wolldecke selbst aus Schrank geholt,hat nicht viel geholfen. In der Hinsicht kein Service. Wir waren das 2.Mal in dem Hotel und hatten uns sehr darauf gefreut, da das 1.Mal alles super war. Wir waren jedesmal in einer Suite mit Blick zur Brücke und Schlucht. ..Jetzt große Enttäuschung.

Amazing view of the bridge, comfortable bed and wonderful shower in our room.

Unfortunately not able to have a drink on the terrace to soak in the view as this was only for dining.

The building and our specific room had such charm. It was like sleeping in a historic work of art.

It would be better if the bed on the left in the Exotica room was flush to the wall. My daughter's pillows fell into the space between her bed and the wall in the half where the gap extended.
