Der Empfang an der Rezeption verlief zügig, jedoch vermittelte die dortige Person wenig Herzlichkeit und ein Gefühl von Unwillkommenheit. Diese Person zeigte sich mehr als Manager denn als Dienstleister, was den Eindruck hinterliess, dass der persönliche Kontakt nicht im Vordergrund steht. Im Gegensatz dazu strahlten die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant, in der Lobby und im Stüble aussergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Engagement aus, wodurch sie einen exzellenten Eindruck hinterliessen.

Абсолютно все сподобалось. Неперевершений сервіс, доброзичливий і ввічливий персонал, турбота за Вами на кожному кроці, смачні сніданки , у лоббі барі теж дуже смачно. Ідеальна чистота. Надзвичайно красива природа і парк навколо. Прекрасний готель, в який хочеться повертатися безкінечно.
