Hotel Gertrudenhof

Es war alles da was ich brauchte. Es ist ein Stadthotel kein 5 Sterne Urlaubshotel. Aber selbst wenn ich einen Stadturlaub in Köln machen würde, würde mir das Hotel reichen. Das Frühstück war ok und da im Preis inbegriffen sogar sehr ok. Sehr gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Empfangs.

Rührei mit krossem Speck ist das einzige was ich gerne noch gehabt hätte. Ich habe aber nicht einmal danach gefragt. Vielleicht hätte ich es sogar noch bekommen.

Breakfast was of traditional German style, continental with good quality produce ie lean ham, tasty cheese, crunchy bread rolls. The beds were very comfortable.

The bath was very difficult to access in and out, in order to operate the shower attachment. As elderly folk, we found it very hard to to clamber into the high sided bath, impossible for my wife. I believe all 22 rooms have the same baths. It also took time to get hot water, after running the taps for a few minutes.

Personal ist superfreundlich. Alles war sauber

Das Badezimmer müsste mal renoviert werden. Neue Duschgarnitur und Toilettensitz wären kein Luxus.

Gut gemangerter Checkin außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption. Super Frühstück.
