Kale Hotel

The hotel is located in a good place with the town entrance into Pamukkale area being quite close (500m, maybe). The place isn't fancy, but if you just need a place to spend the night and would like to save some money - it's a good option. However, a disappointing thing was that I did get charged 2x more than the booking showed. I hadn't printed out the booking confirmation and didn't have any wi-fi, so I wasn't completely sure. Noticed it only after I had left. Should have been more careful myself and maybe it wasn't intentional by the receptionists though.

I booked a single room. The room was big, and has shower and toilet. The bed was double bed. Thank you so much. The hotel is near Pamukkale. Almost everything was good for me.

파묵칼레자체가 워낙 작은 동네이긴 하나 파묵칼레 입구및 버스정류소와 매우 가깝워 다니기 편합니다.그리고 식당도 같이 운여하는데 한식도 됩니다.한식에 대한 그리움을 달랠 수 있을 정도는 됩니다.

The advertised train station pick up does not exist, so I had to take a taxi. On arrival the owner was rude and dismissive. He sent for someone to help with language who was equally rude, accused me three times of having arrived by bus and only conceded when I showed the train ticket. They attempted to say that my booking was at a different place- not true. They attempted to blame the man at my previous stay who had only tried to help, for not having given me the information, when actually I did already know that the advertised transfer does not exist. They then refused to allow me to stay at the hotel and so I had to find somewhere else, where at least there was a decent welcome. I had only expected the hotel boss to acknowledge and apologize for the wrong information and perhaps offer some compensation. This is the only bad experience I have had on this 6week trip in Turkey or any previous visit. Pamukkale is full of hotels to suit all budgets, not all are online. Kale hotel and its rude and unpleasant owner should be avoided.

事前に空港送迎の依頼の連絡をしましたが、連絡はありませんでした。アーリーチェックインには対応していただきましたが、エアコンがついてましたが、とても寒かったです。

Location was great, but the hotel was more basic than what we expected. The staff was ok.

Nice family hotel with the mother cooking very well but the room was too cold and the heater was off during the stay. Only the aircon worked but too weak to heat the room.

전반적으로 더럽고 음식값은 매우 비싸게 받고 서비스 정신은 없고 오직 상술만 보임

Det luktade väldigt äckligt, och det var väldigt smutsigt. Toalettlocket var trasigt.
