"Centrally located apartment with minor maintenance issues"

The apartment is in an ideal location near the historic city centre. The owner sent us detailed instructions on where to park (additional charge of €18 per night), which was helpful given how confusing the layout of the city centre is. We had access to an underground garage a short walk from the apartment.

Maintenance is an issue. The shower curtain is stained and needs to be replaced. The plunger in the toilet also needs to be replaced. I had to remove the lid and press down on the mechanism to get the toilet to flush. The caulking around the bathtub is messy (uneven). The apartment is unheated. We had to use an electric heater during our stay in December.

Много удобен апартамент в самият център на Валенсия. Сградата е стара, но има асансьор. Голямо удобство е също така, че може да се ползва подземен паркинг в сградата. Апартамента се намира на минути от Централния пазар на Валенсия. Има всички удобства.

El apartamento estaba super limpio, nos dejaron el detalle de una botella de agua en el frigorífico, y algunas cositas para el desayuno.Una ubicación excelente, con la plaza de parking muy cerca , por la noche no se escuchaba ruido ya que es una zona céntrica pero tranquila. El personal muy amable. Muy buena estancia

La amabilidad de Arancha. La ubicación. Cambio de sábanas y toallas durante la estancia. Piso super bien equipado con todo.
