"Super netjes, groot, mooie faciliteiten."

Leuke locatie, centraal in klein dorpje. Genoeg te beleven en voldoende eet gelegenheden. Centraal bij wandelroutes. Kamer was brandschoon, upgrade gekregen naar grotere kamer met groot balkon ivm hond die mee was, geweldig! Spa erg mooi, groot zwembad in ruime tuin.

Niet handig om voor 4 mensen bedden op te maken als er maar 1 persoon komt, met een hond. Die hond gaat natuurlijk overal op. Dus heb eerst 3 bedden afgehaald. Ontbijt heel uitgebreid. Maar ei was koud en spek veel te hard. Voor een sterren restaurant zou daar wat verbetering doorgevoerd kunnen worden.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Besonders der Blick vom Balkon des Zimmers ist beeindruckend. Empfang und Personal waren außergewöhnlich freundlich.

"Entspannend und einfach abschalten"

Frühstück war vielfältig und ausreichend. Aussenpool ist neu und richtig toll. Die Saunaanlage ist auch richtig schön und lädt zum relaxen ein. Den Innenpool habe ich nicht benutzt, sah nett aus. An der Rezeption sitzt eine sehr liebe, geduldige und hilfsbereite Frau, an dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank. Das Restaurant haut es einfach raus. Das Essen ist wirklich richtig gut, der Service ist super und jeden Abend ist auch Chef und Chefin am mitarbeiten. Leider sind die Zimmer wie auch das Hotel nicht auf dem neusten Stand aber okay. Somit hat es einen ganz besonderen Charme. Beim Frühstück und erkunden des Hotels, lernt man die Geschichte des Rauters auf eine ganz liebevolle Art kennen. Sport- bzw. Fitnessraum ist klein aber fein. Die angebotenen Massagen sind gut und entspannend.

Sehr freundliche, herzlich Atmospäre, ein echter Familienbetrieb. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, Zimmer (3. Stock) mit traumhaftem Ausblick, Spa und Schwimmbad, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der hauseigenen Garage, exquisites Restaurant im Haus

So traumhaft die umliegenden Berge, ist der Ort Matrei schon etwas stark versiegelt. Zimmer etwas höherpreisig. So exquisit das Restaurant, ist es vielleicht nicht etwas für jeden Abend.
