Breakfast including was of good quality with plenty of choice. The hotel facilities were excellent, boot room, sauna, spa, indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Hot snacks and cakes etc served from 3.30pm to 5.00pm and a very good evening meal menu.

Honestly we enjoyed pretty much every bit of our stay, being really picky a number of the staff didn't speak English that well but they were extremely friendly and helpful and we don't speak and other languages so I really don't think that's an issue.

We were couple with kid, stayed at Suite with Mountain View - very comfortable room. Location is excellent for a trip in Tirol (Westendorf) The hotel's staff is friendly and kindly. Very good breakfast. Very nice pool / relax area Underground parking is available in hotel.
